Delivery: We ship via United Parcel Service, ground. We can also ship UPS next day air, UPS 2nd day air and three day select but they require additional charges, please call or e-mail if you if you are interested in faster delivery. We do not ship via the Post Office. Our responsibility for arrival of merchandise ends with delivery to the carrier. We make every effort in our shipping department to ensure that your merchandise arrives safely at your location. We are very interested in the quality of service provided to you. We only accept as payment for immediate shipment Visa, Mastercard and United States Post office Moneyorders (purchased at a US Post Office). Any other money order or form of payment will be handled like a personal check and held until it clears, which usually takes 14 bank working days.

Returns: No returns without authorization. Merchandise and packaging to be returned must be in as new, saleable condition. Merchandise must be less than 30 days old from date of invoice. Return merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking charge, except for Model A.
