Rich Gulch Products is located in Central California about midway between San Francisco, California and Reno, Nevada. We are part of what is known as the "Gold Country" nestled in the Sierra Foothills. We have been in the mail order business since 1974. We started in the Los Angeles area of Monrovia, California and moved to Mokelumne Hill in 1976.
It is our goal to provide you with quality merchandise in a timely manner at a fair price. We appreciate any comment or suggestion that may improve our service or products to you.
In February of 1999 we semi-retired. We try to be available when you call but sometimes you will not get an answer. You may however e-mail us 24 hours a day, we check our e-mail almost daily.
We are usually able to ship within one to two days after your order is received. We ship via United Parcel Service. We do not ship via the Post Office. We make every effort in our shipping department to ensure that your merchandise arrives at your location promptly and without damage.
